Dorma Journals is a scientific publisher that started its work in 2013. Since then, it has focused on publishing academic journals in different fields of science. The main goal of Dorma Journals is to support the growth of knowledge and make it easier for researchers to access reliable and high-quality resources. All Dorma Journals are published as open access. This means that anyone, anywhere in the world, can read the articles freely and without any cost. Each article goes through a careful peer-review process, where experts in the field check the scientific and ethical quality of the work before it is accepted. While Dorma Journals aims to publish articles in a timely manner, its top priority is to follow international standards for peer review and academic evaluation. Articles are only published after a detailed review by qualified reviewers. This balance between efficiency and accuracy helps authors share their findings with the scientific community in a meaningful and responsible way. The editorial team at Dorma Journals includes university researchers and subject experts who work continuously to ensure quality, transparency, and ethical publishing practices. At Dorma Journals, we believe in openness, scientific honesty, and supporting authors throughout the publishing process. We warmly welcome researchers from around the world to submit their work and join us in advancing global science.

Journals

  • Journal of Environmental Treatment Techniques

The Journal of Environmental Treatment Techniques (JETT) was founded in early 2013 in the United Arab Emirates to address the growing need for an academic platform dedicated to innovative research in the fields of water, wastewater, and air treatment. At that time, few international journals focused specifically on environmental treatment technologies, leaving a significant gap for scientists, engineers, and practitioners working to solve real-world pollution challenges. JETT emerged as a response to this need, providing an open-access and peer-reviewed space for the dissemination of scientific knowledge and applied solutions.

From its inception, JETT was published under the support of Dorma Journals, a publisher committed to advancing environmental and engineering research. The journal quickly gained international recognition due to its focus on practical environmental applications, interdisciplinary research, and emerging green technologies. In 2017, as a testament to its scientific quality and impact, JETT was successfully indexed in Scopus, one of the world’s leading citation databases. Between 2017 and 2020, the journal maintained its Scopus indexing and demonstrated continuous improvement in its CiteScore. However, due to the rapid increase in the number of published articles and the structural challenges of expansion, JETT was temporarily discontinued from the Scopus index in 2020.

Rather than slowing its progress, this experience inspired a stronger commitment to scientific integrity and quality improvement. In early 2024, JETT entered a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical University to strengthen its financial and academic support. Through this collaboration, the journal partnered with Knowledge E, a reputable publishing platform, to enhance article dissemination and global visibility for one year. Although this partnership ended after a year due to organizational and administrative differences, JETT continued its publication under the original publisher, Dorma Journals, with renewed independence and editorial focus.

Today, JETT is managed by an experienced editorial board composed of international scholars and professionals who have learned valuable lessons from the journal’s developmental journey. The team has taken major steps to refine the peer-review process, improve publication ethics, and raise the scientific standard of accepted papers. The journal continues to publish original research articles, reviews, and case studies that contribute to the understanding and advancement of environmental treatment technologies.

JETT remains committed to its founding mission—to provide a reliable and accessible platform for global researchers to share innovations that promote cleaner water, sustainable waste management, and healthier ecosystems. With a vision toward excellence and transparency, the journal aspires to regain and exceed its previous scientific standing in the years ahead.

  • Journal of Infertility and Reproductive Biology
